This is the proposal I submitted for the MCRBCN exhibition (@mcr_bcn), which took place on September 25th as part of La Mercè, where 20 creatives from Manchester and 20 from Barcelona were selected to participate!
The piece is inspired by a passion for typography and old signs. It’s a love letter to Barcelona through its letters, hand-traced to honour a craft shaped by patience and precision.
Aquesta és la proposta amb la que vaig participar a l’exhibició MCRBCN (@mcr_bcn ), que va tenir lloc el passat 25 de setembre amb motiu de La Mercè, en la que van ser escollits per participar 20 creatius de Manchester i 20 de Barcelona!
La peça ve motivada per la passió tipogràfica i els rètols antics. Una carta d’amor a Barcelona a través de les seves lletres, traçades a mà, per fer honor a un ofici treballat amb paciència i precisió.
