THE BODY TYPEFACE
La tipografia desenvolupada és fruit d’un encreuament entre cos i mètode, intuïció i estructura. A partir de les meves proporcions corporals, he creat una retícula que serveix com a base per al disseny d’un alfabet. Aquesta proposta investiga com l’experiència personal pot donar lloc a un sistema viu, que pot mutar en funció de la persona que s'estudia, creant així tantes variant de lletra com persones hi ha.
The typeface developed is the result of a dialogue between body and method, intuition and structure. Based on my own body proportions, I created a grid that serves as the foundation for designing an alphabet. This project explores how personal experience can give rise to a living system, one that can shift depending on the individual being studied, generating as many letterform variations as there are people.
